الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر استراتيجية التحول الرقمي في التميز التنظيمي في المصارف الليبية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته أغراض الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من الإدارة العليا في المصارف الليبية، والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المقياس في جمع البيانات والذي تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته، وأظهرت النتائج أن ممارسة استراتيجية التحول الرقمي الحكومي مرتفعة المستوى في المصارف الليبية بأبعاده وعلى الترتيب (استخدام التكنولوجيا، الجوانب المالية، الهيكل التنظيمي)، وتبين أن التميز التنظيمي مرتفع المستوى بأبعاده وعلى الترتيب (جودة الخدمات والعمليات، تميز رضا العاملين، تميز الموارد البشرية، تميز القيادة)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر لاستراتيجية التحول الرقمي بأبعادها على التوالي (الهيكل التنظيمي، الجوانب المالية، استخدام التكنولوجي) على التميز التنظيمي في المصارف الليبية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز استراتجيية التحول الرقمي في المصارف الرقمي واكتشاف أثرها على العديد من المتغيرات مثل الأداء، والعدالة التنظيمية.
