The Impact of the Characteristics of the Learning Organization on the Effectiveness of Crisis Management Stages: A Field Study in the Social Security Corporation in the Southern Region of Jordan

The study aimed to analyze the impact of learning organization characteristics in the effectiveness of crisis management stages in the social security corporation, Southern region of Jordan. The study population consisted of all employees in the mentioned branches that consisted of (150) participants. The study used the analytical descriptive method. Statistical methods were used based on (SPSS- Version-20) to answer the questions and testing hypotheses. The study concluded that the level of availability the characteristics of learning organization in the social Security Corporation in the southern region of Jordan, and that the level of effectiveness of crisis management stages level have a high degree. The study showed that there is a statistically significant effect for the characteristics of learning organization and all its dimensions on the effectiveness of crisis management stages. The study recommended forming permanent emergency teams to deal with crises, and delegating authorities to the branches to provide an element of speed in detecting crises and treating damages.
