هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر الوعي الاستراتيجي على الميزة التنافسية المستدامة في جامعة الملك خالد السعودية ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المديرين في الجامعة والبالغ عددهم (400)، تم اعتماد أسلوب الحصر الشامل ، خلصت العينة إلى (382) مستجيب، تم إستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات ،ومن نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الوعي الاستراتيجي والميزة التنافسية المستدامة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للوعي الاستراتيجي في الميزة التنافسية المستدامة ، أوصت الدراسة بربط الوعي الاستراتيجي بتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، عن طريق دمج مؤشرات الوعي الاستراتيجي ضمن نظام تقييم الأداء المؤسسي، وربط المبادرات الاستراتيجية بمخرجات قابلة للقياس في مجالات الكفاءة والجودة والتميز .الملخص
This study aimed to measure the impact of strategic awareness on sustainable competitive advantage at King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia. The study population consisted of 400 university managers. A census approach was used, resulting in a sample of 382 respondents. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The study results showed a high level of strategic awareness and sustainable competitive ad
vantage, indicating a statistically significant impact of strategic awareness on sustainable competitive advantage.
The study recommends linking strategic awareness to achieving sustainable competitive advantage by integrating strategic awareness indicators into the institutional performance evaluation system and linking strategic initiatives to measurable outputs in the areas of efficiency, quality, and excellence.
