الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر الاستقامة التنظيمية في الأداء الإستراتيجي في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الجوف السعودية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي الإدارة العامة للتعليم والبالغ عددهم (2820)، تم اعتماد أسلوب العينة العشوائية، خلصت العينة إلى (372) مستجيب، تم إستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات الأولية، وتوصلت الدراسة أن مستوى الاستقامة التنظيمية والأداء الاستراتيجي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة ، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للاستقامة التنظيمية بأبعادها في الأداء الإستراتيجي ، أوصت الدراسة بدمج قيم الاستقامة التنظيمية في الخطة الاستراتيجية ومؤشرات الأداء المؤسسي، وربط تقييم الأداء بالالتزام بالقيم التنظيمية.
