الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر التحول الرقمي على استدامة الأعمال، مع تحليل الدور الوسيط للابتكار التنظيمي في الشركات الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الأردن. تنبع مشكلة الدراسة من الفجوة بين التوسع في مبادرات التحول الرقمي ومستوى الاستدامة المحقق فعليًا، نتيجة ضعف التفعيل التنظيمي المصاحب للتحول الرقمي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على استبانة موجهة لعينة مكونة من 385 مشاركًا، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج تحليل المربعات الصغرى Smart PLS ، أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي مباشر للتحول الرقمي على كل من الابتكار التنظيمي واستدامة الأعمال، مع دور وسيط مهم للابتكار التنظيمي.

بناءً على النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة، اوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الاستثمار في التحول الرقمي، وتبني ثقافة تنظيمية محفزة للابتكار، ودمج أهداف الاستدامة ضمن الخطط الاستراتيجية
