The Degree of Applying School Principals in The Northwestern Badia of Digital Leadership and Ways to Activate it

This study aimed to reveal the degree of apply school principals in the Northwest Badia of digital leadership from the teachers' point of view of , and to suggest ways to activate it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and to collect data, a questionnaire were developed and distributed on a sample of (342) male and female teachers chosen by using random sample method. The results of the study showed that the degree of apply school principals in the Northwest Badia of digital leadership was medium. They also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the estimates of the individuals of the study sample in the the degree of applying school principals in the Northwest Badia of digital leadership due to the academic qualification and in favor of the educational qualification. While the results did not show statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and years of experience. The study recommended that school principals should be made aware of the importance of digital leadership in facilitating administrative work, and its role in achieving many goals efficiently and effectively.
