درجة رضا طلبة جامعة الزيتونة عن توظيف التكنولوجيا في التعليم الجامعي والخدمات الطلابية

يهدف هذه البحث إلى قياس رضا طلبة طلبة جامعة الزيتونة عن استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم الجامعي والخدمات الطلابية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من الطلبة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى رضا الطلبة عن استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم والخدمات الطلابية كان مرتفعًا، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام 3.93 و3.81 على التوالي. لم تظهر النتائج أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بناءً على متغيرات الجنس أو الكلية أو المستوى الدراسي. أوصت الدراسة بتطوير برامج تدريبية للطلبة لتعزيز مهارات استخدام التكنولوجيا، وتحسين الخدمات الطلابية بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم الأكاديمية والاجتماعية، وتحقيق نتائج تعليمية أفضل في المستقبل، مما يساهم في تحسين تجربة التعليم الجامعي بشكل عام.
