هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج قائم على القراءات الإنجليزية الرقمية عبر منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية اتجاهات طلبة المناهج وطرائق التدريس نحو تلك القراءات، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 18 طالبا وطالبة من طلبة المناهج وطرائق تدريس العلوم والرياضيات واللغة العربية، وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس الاتجاهات قبل وبعد البرنامج وذلك بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية اتجاهات طلبة المناهج وطرائق التدريس نحو القراءات الإنجليزية الرقمية، كما أن النتائج أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، سواء في محاور الأداة أو في المتوسط العام، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغير الخبرة في المتوسط العام، لكنها أظهرت فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) في محوري (القراءات البحثية باللغة الانجليزية) و (دور القراءات الإنجليزية والذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين البحث العلمي) كانت لهما دلالة إحصائية لصالح أصحاب الخبرة، وأبرز ما أوصت به الدراسة هو تبني هذا البرنامج ضمن برامج الأكاديمية التدريبية التي تخدم طلبة الدراسات العليا، وإدراج منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في برامج إعداد الباحثين والمعلمين
