The Level of Achievement of School Principals in The Education Directorate of Al- Mafraq of School Life Requirements from the Teachers' Point of View

Abstract

      The study aimed to identify the level of achievement of school principals in the education directorate of Al-Mafraq of school life requirements from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers of primary and secondary schools in the Education Directorate of Qabasat Al-Mafraq. The study sample consisted of (400) Male and female teachers in the education directorate of Al-Mafraq. The tool consisted of a questionnaire, which included two sections: the first is related to personal information while  the second included  the requirements of school life among school principals from the teachers' point of view. It consisted of (25) items distributed over (4) areas, after achieving the  validity and reliability of the study tool. The results indicated that the level of achievement of school principals in the education directorate of Al-Mafraq for the requirements of school life from the teachers' point of view was high. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender in all areas and the overall score, and the differences were in favor of males. There were statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of academic qualification in all fields and the total degree, except for the field of pedagogical quality, and they  were in favor of the bachelor’s degree, and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of years of experience in all fields and the total degree. The study recommended continuing to pay attention to mechanisms to enhance the level of requirements of  school life among schools in Qasaba Al-Mafraq, and conducting other studies that address the relationship between school life and other variables.
