The Degree to Which School Principals in the Directorate of Education for the Qasaba Al-Mafraq District Practice Transcendental Leadership from the Teachers' Point of View

The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in the Directorate of Education for the Qasaba Al-Mafraq District practice transcendent leadership from the teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers of Kasbah Mafraq schools, whose number was (2907) male and female teachers. The sample
of the study was selected in a simple random way, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample of the study consisted of (323) male and female teachers, and the descriptive survey approach was used since it suits the nature of the study. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of practicing the sublime leadership by school principals in Mafraq Governorate came to a medium degree. The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender, years of experience, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which were: the need to work on providing the necessary information and data for teachers to support their achievements, and work to achieve comprehensive professional development for teachers in all cognitive and administrative aspects.
