Abstract

The research aimed to identify the role of school administration in applying e-learning management systems in private schools in the university district in light of the Corona pandemic. The original research sample consisted of (360) male and female teachers from private schools in the university district. The researcher developed the research tool to collect data after reviewing Arabic literature and previous studies, verifying the validity and reliability coefficients and applying the test, then extracting and discussing results.

      A number of results were reached, the most prominent of which is that the “social communication field” ranked first, the “electronic curriculum and student affairs” fields came second, the admission and registration field ranked fourth, while the “electronic assessment field” came in the last place. The results, according to the gender variable, also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample in all areas of the role of school administration in the application of e-learning management systems in private schools in the university district in light of the Corona pandemic.

      The research recommended a number of recommendations to conduct more academic studies on the reality of Internet networks and the infrastructure necessary to implement more electronic services for students in our schools in Jordan, including conducting exams and electronic references and using electronic methods instead of traditional means, and that schools should conserve the infrastructure of the Internet Providing classrooms and laboratories with equipment and modern electronic teaching aids for use in the educational process.
