The study aimed to investigate the degree of practicing creative leadership public schools principals in Al-Muwaqqar district from the teachers' perspective. The researchers employed the descriptive correlational approach. The instrument was a questionnaire of (29) articles distributed to a sample of (339) male and female teachers from public schools under the Directorate of Education in the Muwaqqar district in the capital, Amman. The study results indicated that the practice of directors of public schools in the Muwaqqar district in creative leadership, from the teachers' perspective, was of a moderate degree. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the sample respondents' perceptions of the areas of the creative leadership scale based on the gender variable in favor of females, and based on the academic qualification variable in favor of bachelor's degree holders. However, no statistically significant differences were found based on the variable of years of experience. Considering these findings, the researchers recommend the necessity of providing training programs aiming at developing the creative leadership skills, by training on various aspects such as fostering creativity, dealing with challenges, promoting flexibility, and enhancing a culture of change acceptance within the school. This could be achieved through enhancing communication about the importance of change and the potential benefits it can bring.
