Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a program based on digital English readings through artificial intelligence platforms in developing the attitudes of curriculum and teaching methods students toward these readings. The study followed a quasi-experimental design and included a sample of 18 male and female students specializing in curriculum and teaching methods for science, mathematics, and Arabic. To answer the research questions, an attitudes scale was administered before and after the implementation of the program, following verification of its validity and reliability.

The results revealed the program's effectiveness in enhancing students' attitudes toward digital English readings. Additionally, the findings indicated no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) attributable to the gender variable, either across the instrument's domains or the overall mean. Similarly, no statistically significant differences were found at the overall level due to the experience variable. However, significant differences were found at the level of (α = 0.05) in the domains of English research readings and the role of English readings and AI in improving scientific research, both in favor of more experienced students.
