Abstract

  The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership by faith through the theory of management by values ​​among Secondary School Principals in Jerash Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The study used a descriptive survey approach. A questionnaire was used as a study tool. It consisted of (32) paragraphs distributed over five domains: (the field of faith, the field of responsibility, the field of honesty and truthfulness, the field of justice and equality, and the field of integrity and transparency) after verifying its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (307) male and female teachers who were selected randomly. The study results showed that the degree of practicing faith-based leadership in light of the theory of management by values ​​was average. The study's results revealed the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers' estimates of the degree of practicing faith-based leadership in light of the theory of management by values ​​according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, number of years of experience, and college. The study recommended the necessity of raising awareness of the concept of faith-based leadership as an effective leadership style in schools in light of the theory of management by values by the school principal holding training courses
