درجة توافر مؤشرات الجودة في خطط تعديل السلوك المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في مراكز التربية الخاصة في الأردن

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التحقق درجة توافر مؤشرات الجودة في خطط تعديل السلوك المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في مراكز التربية الخاصة في الأردن تم استخدام المنهج المسحي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (138) خطة تعديل سلوك من (32) مركز من مراكز التربية الخاصة في الأردن تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي ولتحقيق اهداف هذه الدراسة قام الباحثين بتطوير مقياس لضبط الجودة في خطط تعديل السلوك تكون من (31) مؤشراً، تم توزيعها على ثمان ابعاد وهي: تحديد وتعريف السلوك المستهدف، قياس السلوك المستهدف، التحليل الوظيفي للسلوك، تحديد الأهداف، تصميم الخطة، تنفيذ الخطة، تقييم فاعلية الخطة، التواصل. وقد تم التوصل إلى دلالات صدق وثبات ملائمة لأغراض الدراسة.اشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ان درجة توافر مؤشرات الجودة في خطط تعديل السلوك المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في مراكز التربية الخاصة في الأردن كانت متوسطة حيث بلغت الدرجة الكلية لأبعاد المقياس (1.20) اما الأبعاد الرئيسة فتراوحت بين المرتفعة والمتوسطة، حيث جاء بالمرتبة الاولى بُعد "التحليل الوظيفي للسلوك" بمتوسط حسابي (1.64)، بالمرتبة الثانية جاء بُعد "تحديد وتعريف السلوك المستهدف" بمتوسط حسابي (1.51)، بالمرتبة الثالثة جاء بُعد "التواصل" بمتوسط حسابي ((1.44، بالمرتبة الرابعة جاء بُعد "قياس السلوك المستهدف" بمتوسط حسابي (1.10)، وبالمرتبة الخامسة جاء بُعدي "تنفيذ الخطة" و "تقييم فاعلية الخطة" بمتوسط حسابي (0.91) ،واحتل المرتبة الأخيرة بُعد "تصميم الخطة" بمتوسط حسابي (0.86).
