هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى درجة وعي معلمي العلوم للصف الثامن في محافظة المفرق بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التعليم من وجهة نظرهم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم التحقّق من صدقها وثباتها، ثم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (218) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي العلوم للصف الثامن تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مدارس المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة المفرق خلال العام الدراسي (2024-2025). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة وعي معلمي العلوم للصف الثامن في محافظة المفرق بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التعليم جاء بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة وعي معلمي العلوم بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التعليم تبعاً لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، بينما لم تكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا تبعاً لمتغيري الخبرة والمديرية. بناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز وعي معلمي العلوم وخاصة المعلمين بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التعليم، وذلك من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة لهم.
