هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام التقنيات الحديثة والمعوقات التي تواجهها في التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة المفرق، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت العينة من (160) مُعلمًا ومُعلمة لمادة الحاسوب في محافظة المفرق، وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة تكونت من (28) فقرة موزعة على جزئين، تمثل الجزء الأول لمعرفة واقع استخدام التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة، في تمثل الجزء الثاني المعوقات التي تواجه استخدام التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة في التعليم، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن استخدام التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة من وجهة نظر معلمي الحاسوب في محافظة المفرق كانت متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن معوقات استخدام التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة التي تواجه التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمي الحاسوب في محافظة المفرق كانت متوسطة، وقد اوصت بعقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الحاسوب، بحيث يتم من خلالها اطلاعهم على المستجدات في مجال استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم.
