فاعلية برنامج علاجي مبني على أنظمة الأسرة الداخلية لتنمية التنظيم الانفعالي لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية العلاج بأنظمة الأسرة الداخلية لتنمية التنظيم الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة. وقد بلغ عددهم (15) طالبًا وطالبة، من الطلبة الجامعيين المراجعين للعيادة النفسية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. وتم تطبيق مقياس التنظيم الانفعالي والبرنامج العلاجي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين المتوسطات الحسابية للقياس البعدي لأبعاد التنظيم الانفعالي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي تم تدريبها على البرنامج العلاجي باستخدام نموذج أنظمة الأسرة الداخلية. كما أظهرت عن عدم وجود فرق دالّ إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس التنظيم الانفعالي بدلالته الكلية وأبعاده الفرعية في القياس البعدي، وبين متوسطات درجاتهم في القياس التتبعي بعد مرور شهر من انتهاء البرنامج.
