The researchers prepared a verifed training program based on non classromm activities. The results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the average performance of the two groups: Experimental and control on the speaking test and in favor of the experimental group  which studied in accordance with non classroom activities. It was shown that there was an impact of non classroom activities on improving the speaking skills of non-native speakers of  Arabic as a second language.
