The Reality of Blended Learning in Achieving Sustainable Development among Students at Ajloun National University from he Point of View of Faculty Members

The study aimed to identify the reality of blended learning in achieving sustainable development among students at Ajloun National University from the point of view of faculty members, and to reveal the differences in the reality of blended learning in achieving sustainable development according to the variables of the study: gender, academic rank, and college. The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool to collect data after ensuring its validity and reliability. The study population consisted of all faculty members at Ajloun National University at the rank of (assistant, associate, professor), with a total numbered (130) faculty members, and the study sample consisted of (71) faculty members who were selected by the available method. The results of the study showed that the reality of blended learning in achieving sustainable development among students of Ajloun National University from the point of view of faculty members was to a large degree, and that there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) to the reality of blended learning in achieving sustainable development due to the two variables (gender and academic rank)The results also revealed that there were differences due to the college variable in favor of scientific colleges. Based on the results of the study, it recommended that faculty members continue to employ blended learning in the educational process for its role in achieving sustainable development for students.
