Attitudes of Yarmouk University's Students Toward Physical Fitness Course to Public in Exercising Physical Activities

This study aimed at investigating the attitudes of yarmouk university students toward physical fitness for participate in sport activity, as well as studying the effect of the following variables on their attitudes (gender, academic level , academic specialization and residency).
The descriptive method was utilized to collect the research data from the research sample (150 male and female students) selected purposively, when they responded to a questionnaire with 45 items distributed on three sectors (health, psychology, and social). The results indicated that the health sector was the first in attitudes, while the social sector was the last in the post test. The results showed that there were statistically significnt differences at the level of significance level (α=0.05) between the pre-test and the post-test in all the sectors in favor of the post-test. The resukts as well revealed that there were statistically significant differneces at the significance level (α=0.05) due to the variables of the study (gender, academic level, academic specialization and residency).
