Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of applying the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its faculty members. The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data for the study. The study sample which consisted of (117) members was chosen by a simple random method, and the descriptive survey method was used for its suitability to the nature of the study. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of application of the Kaizen strategy came to a moderate degree. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of sex and academic titles in all areas of applying the Kaizen strategy.
