Special Education Teachers' Attitudes Toward the Use of Modern Technologies in School Work in the State of Kuwait

Abstract

      The study aimed to know the attitudes of special education teachers towards employing modern technologies in school work in the State of Kuwait. The descriptive survey approach was used, and a scale consisting of (25) paragraphs was prepared. The sample was chosen intentionally. The sample consisted of (317) special education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The results showed that the attitudes of special education teachers towards employing technologies in school work in the State of Kuwait were highly positive. The study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of special education teachers towards employing modern technologies in school work in the State of Kuwait attributable to the variables of gender and experience. The study recommended the necessity of employing modern technologies in school work by special education teachers.
