Abstract

Based on the education index, future generations need a wide range of cognitive, social, and emotional skills. These skills must be coupled with practical, physical skills such as the use of information and communications technology. The acquisition of these skills must be facilitated by behaviors and values such as motivation, confidence, and respect for the gender (Muhafaza, 2022)

Therefore, this study aims to understand the reality and future of e-learning and blended learning, investing in human capital, and developing a comprehensive therapeutic vision to address the obstacles to e-learning and blended learning and its investment in education. The researcher used the analytical approach to analyze previous literature on e-learning and blended learning. It is hoped that the study will demonstrate the importance of modern educational technologies and blended learning in the learning process, and their adoption within the education system as one of the approved methods for ensuring the quality of education. This involves scientific and technical rehabilitation of schools and all educational institutions, and methods for managing them based on the investment of modern technologies.
