The Special Education Teacher’s degree of Awareness in Using Assistive Technology in Teaching Students with Disabilities in the Governorate of Mafraq

This study aimed to identify the degree of awareness of special education teachers in using assistive technology in teaching students with disabilities in the Governorate of Mafraq in the light of the variable of academic qualification (undergraduate and Postgraduate students) studies. The descriptive survey approach was used, and the study sample consisted of 80 male and female special education teachers who were randomly selected in the second semester for the year 2024/2025. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was developed and the indications of honesty and stability were verified. The results of the study indicated that the degree of awareness of special education teachers in Mafraq Governorate was high, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of academic qualification (Bachelor of Postgraduate Studies) in favor of postgraduate studies
