The impact of Artificial Intelligence on Law

Abstract

 This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence on law. It shows that artificial intelligence contributes to improving the efficiency of legal work through its practical applications. However, the study also identifies legal gaps resulting from the weakness of existing legal framework governing artificial intelligence. The study is structured into two main sections, the first section discusses the concept and nature of artificial intelligence, while the second section explores artificial intelligence and its effects on legal systems. The study concludes by recommending the enhancement of comprehensive legislation to regulate the use of artificial intelligence and the strengthening of legal oversight to ensure transparency and justice.
