Organizational Justice for the Government School Principals of Wadi Al-Seer Directorate of Education and its Relationship to Job Performance of Teachers from their Point of View

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing organizational justice among the Government school principals of Wadi Al-Seer Education Directorate in the Capital Governorate (Amman) and its relationship to the job performance of teachers from their viewpoint. The study population consisted of the teachers of Wadi Al-Seer District Education Directorate in the Capital Governorate (Amman), whose number is (2,201) male and female teachers. A simple random sample consisting of (300) teachers was chosen. The researchers followed the survey correlational descriptive method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: first, for organizational justice, and the second for job performance, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified before distribution. The study found that the degree of practicing organizational justice among the school principals of Wadi Al-Seer Education Directorate from the teachers’ point of view was at a high level, and that the job performance of the teachers of Wadi Al-Seer Education Directorate schools, from their point of view, was of a high level. In addition, it showed that there is a correlation between organizational justice and job performance. Based on these results, the researchers recommended directing the attention of educational leaders in education directorates to the importance of organizational justice, and searching for ways and means to maintain the high degree of job performance.
