https://journals.aabu.edu.jo/index.php/Edu/article/view/1429

Based on the education index, future generations need a wide range of cognitive, social, and emotional skills. These skills must be coupled with practical, physical skills such as the use of information and communications technology. The acquisition of these skills must be facilitated by behaviors and values such as motivation, confidence, and respect for the gender (Muhafaza, 2022)

Therefore, this study aims to understand the reality and future of e-learning and blended learning, investing in human capital, and developing a comprehensive therapeutic vision to address the obstacles to e-learning and blended learning and its investment in education. The researcher used the analytical approach to analyze previous literature on e-learning and blended learning. It is hoped that the study will demonstrate the importance of modern educational technologies and blended learning in the learning process, and their adoption within the education system as one of the approved methods for ensuring the quality of education. This involves scientific and technical rehabilitation of schools and all educational institutions, and methods for managing them based on the investment of modern technologies.
Rabab Asaad Tahboub

This study aimed to investigate the degree to which primary stage teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Irbid Governorate possess certain artificial intelligence (AI) skills, and to identify the differences in their possession of these skills. To achieve this objective, a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach was employed, which necessitated the development of a questionnaire. A convenience sample of (375) male and female teachers participated in the study. The results indicated that the teachers' possession of AI skills was at a moderate level. Furthermore, the findings revealed no statistically significant differences at the significance level
(α = 0.05) attributable to gender, educational qualification, specialization, or years of experience. However, statistically significant differences were observed in relation to age. The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably the integration of artificial intelligence into educational plans.

Sukoon Mohammed Ababneh

https://journals.aabu.edu.jo/index.php/Edu/article/view/1427

The study aims to analyze the extent of implementing the special Palestinian legislation on the rights of people with disabilities and its alignment with international agreements, as well as to study these rights from an Islamic perspective. The study employed the descriptive-analytical approach where a questionnaire was used to collect data and was distributed to 300 participants (people with disabilities, officials, and civil society representatives). The research found that the Palestinian legislation guarantees key rights such as inclusive education, employment and healthcare. However, implementation of these rights faces major challenges, including limited funding, weak oversight, and poor infrastructure. ANOVA results showed significant differences in legislative enforcement across institutions, with international bodies performing better than governmental and non-governmental ones. From an Islamic perspective, the islamic teachings stress on respecting the rights of people with disabilities, and ensure social and economic protection relying on principles of justice, equality, and social solidarity. The Islamic Sharia urges creating an environment that enables them to practice their rights with no discrimination. Based on these results, the study recommends strengthening oversight, boosting government funding, and enhancing institutional coordination among different authorities to ensure more effective implementation for these legislations, with more focus on embedding supportive Islamic principles for the rights of people with disabilities into applicable policies and legislations
Louay Azmi Al-GhazawiHanan Sami Al-Tantawi

Therefore, the researcher applied the quantitative and descriptive analytical approach, by designing a questionnaire based on Likert's five-point scale, which consisted of three parts; the first part aimed to collect demographic data, the second part was to collect data on the effectiveness of employing these applications to support the process of learning mathematics, and the third part aimed to identify the challenges that hinder the use of these applications. The survey was designed on Google Form, and then the link to the survey was uploaded to several groups on Facebook. The questionnaire was filled out by (324) female and male students. Those students include: BA, MA, and PhD students in mathematics at Jordanian private and public universities. It was found that students of Mathematics Department in Jordanian universities have positive attitudes towards employing artificial intelligence applications to support their learning process in mathematics, and that employing these applications to support their learning process in mathematics subjects enables them to obtain reliable and immediate feedback, and also enables them to know their weaknesses and strengths. As for the challenges that hinder the employment of these applications, they include: the lack of knowledge of some students on how to use these applications, and the lack of proficiency of some students in the English language
Abeer Yassin Ayed Tabishat

https://journals.aabu.edu.jo/index.php/Edu/article/view/1428

The study aimed to explore the effectiveness of employing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the computer curriculum to develop graphic design skills among eighth-grade female students in Al-Quwaismeh district. The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach and was conducted intentionally on a sample of 46 female students from one of the private schools. The students were randomly assigned into two groups, where each one (the experimental and the control) included 23 students.

The experimental group was taught using an AI-based learning environment through the Canva program, one of the graphic design tools, while the control group followed the traditional learning environment. To achieve the objectives of the study, a product evaluation rubric was applied pre- and post-intervention to both groups to assess the performance-based aspects of graphic design skills.

The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test for the total score of the product evaluation rubric related to the skills of graphic design among the eighth grade students in Al-Quwaismeh. These differences were attributed to the teaching method using AI technologies via the Canva program in favor of the experimental group. Additionally, significant differences were found in specific skills such as "color usage and visual coordination" and "producing professional and coherent designs," were due to the teaching method using AI technologies via the Canva program in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommended providing training programs and workshops for computer and art teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills in using AI technologies and emphasized the importance of their application in the educational process, particularly focusing on practical aspects that foster students’ creative skills.
Diana Nabil Abd Abu Hamad

This study aimed to propose a foresight vision of the requirements necessary to build a cybersecurity culture among Jordanian university students, based on the Delphi method. To achieve the study's objectives, the qualitative approach was used with the predictive Delphi methodology (rounds). Information was collected by defining the subject of the study which is the requirements for building a cybersecurity culture among Jordanian university students, for which the possible and probable future is predicted and investigated. A questionnaire was then developed as a data collection tool, and a group of experts was selected to provide their opinions by answering the questionnaire's questions. The study sample consisted of (40) university professors from three universities (University of Jordan, Yarmouk University, Mutah University), who were selected by simple random sampling so that none of them knew each other. Then, the initial measurement of the experts' opinions, which were received when the questionnaire was applied in the first round, was carried out. The data in the questionnaire was then organized and arranged in its initial form, summarized, and its initial results were presented to the group of experts as a form of feedback. The opinions in the experts' responses were remeasured after they made the appropriate changes and modifications in light of their colleagues' responses. The questionnaire was applied over two rounds to ensure the stability of the responses. The results showed that the experts agreed on the necessity of including elements related to the intellectual, technological, theoretical, and legislative aspects in the future requirements for building a cybersecurity culture among students.

Muhammad Salim Al-ZbounFaten Mahmoud Abu Salah
