The Reality of E-learning in the Northeastern Badia Education Schools from the Teachers’ point of View

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of E-learning in the northeastern Badia schools from the teachers ’point of view. The study population consisted of all the teachers of the northeastern Badia schools, whose number is S (2993) male and female teachers, distributed among (167) schools. The study sample was chosen by a simple random method. The two researchers used a questionnaire as the instrument of the study, and the sample consisted of (483) male and female teachers, and the descriptive survey approach was used for its relevance to the nature of the study. The results of the study included a number of results, the most important of which are: the reality of e-learning in the Northeastern Badia schools came with a medium degree, and that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender, educational qualification, and the years of experience in all of the areas of the reality of e-learning. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the training programs related to e-learning should be prepared according to the teachers' needs, and that they should take into account the individual differences between them regarding  how to deal with modern e-learning techniques, and that e-learning should  take into account the  individual differences among students.
